"The numbers game will gradually lose its stronghold in the age of the generation Y. We need to re-think strategic management in light of the wellbeing of the very people who are behind these numbers as either orchestrators or contributors."

Performance and Positivity can go hand in hand. Growth and goals, results and relationships, personal and professional, people and planet - these are not mutually exclusive, but complimentary. In the hands of a skilled manager, these are pieces of a big picture, only when the big picture becomes clear as a crystal!

When I look back and connect the dots, the cycle of insights and growth seemed to be emerging from 3C – Clarity of purpose, Choice in actions and Courage take a step.

I learned that I needed to lift my head and ask a few questions, so I can uncover the opportunities that present in front of me.

I wish to be a teacher - creating a sage environment for learning, inspiring and role modelling for the benefit of my students, influencing them, not changing them.
