Performance Management

The MNC client had identified four specific areas of needs for managers which were the skills to provide feedback downwards, conduct developmental conversations with their direct reports, be anchored in an accountability paradigm relating to work performance and mentor their direct reports.


We designed a programme to recognise the thoughts and behaviours related to the victim-player mental paradigms and consciously shift their thinking to the player paradigm. The managers also learned the skills of giving feedback to enhance performance behaviours of staff to conduct developmental conversations with and track their performance, as well as conduct mentoring conversations.
