Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

The MNC client wished to conduct ideation workshops to gather data about current aspects of staff experience and engage staff in ideating possible actions toward improving career progression, sense of belonging and cultural Integration.

 

We designed and facilitated three focus group discussions that engaged all the staff and leaders. The data were collected, and we made recommendations to the client after analysing the data.

 

From our recommendations, the client had reviewed and revised the promotion and reward policies and changed their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
