As a Professional Action Learning Coach, Kok Hwa has trained and coached Action Learning teams in many organizations in both the public and private sectors to help them solve complex and strategic business challenges, while at the same time developing the individual, team and organisation. He has led and participated in Action Learning Programmes under Microsoft talent and leadership development programmes for MBA hires, High Potentials, and Senior Leaders in both Singapore and Greater China Region.
Kok Hwa is also a seasoned process facilitator and has helped facilitate visioning workshops, focus group discussions etc. for many small, medium and large enterprises.
Kok Hwa is a Certified Executive Coach and Certified Team Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching and licensed facilitator for “Leading with Questions” workshop with World Institute for Action Learning. His curiosity to understand more about human resource optimization and workforce development also led him to be certified as a facilitator for the Workplace Big Five Personality Profiling tool, Global Leadership Assessment 360 tool, Team Effectiveness Survey tool, GroupMap virtual collaboration tool, and Management Drives profiling tool.
