Iris graduated from University of Nebraska, USA with Magna Cum Laude Bachelors Honors. She is a certified Coach, and is experienced in MBTI, SDI, Leadership Styles among various development inventory.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Iris is adept at facilitating meetings including the senior management and the board levels, and has spoken at public events.
Her happy places are home with her lovely family and friends, volunteering for children’s causes, all and any dances, unusual books, unforgettable travel tales, and soul food.
