TS Chua is a HR and Learning & Development (L&D) project consultant with portfolios from training management to performance management since 2015. He brings with him more than 23 years of corporate HR and L&D leadership experience both in Singapore and China.
He has expertise in developing and implementing HR and L&D policies, processes and systems that were done in both English and Chinese language. He successfully completed numerous site/regional/global HR and L&D projects and tasks communicating and working closely with stakeholders across job levels, functions, external parties across geographical locations and time zones.
His appreciation of the cultures and ability to use local languages (e.g. Mandarin) enables TS to build rapport with the various stakeholders to complete the projects successfully.
TS holds a BSc (Hons) in Business & Management Studies from University of Bradford (UK), a Technician Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic, a Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) and a WSQ Specialist Diploma in Advanced Facilitation (SDAF) from the Institute for Adult Learning.
TS is also an avid photographer and has been a volunteer photographer for a NGO since 2006. He supported Medical Outreach and Food Aid Distribution missions in Sri Lanka and Cambodia respectively.
