An internationally accredited facilitator and coach, Lyn is passionate about organizational learning and development, in particular around change and transformation.
Every individual, team or organization is a system. Lyn believes that when we take a systemic approach to look at individuals, teams and organizations, we can better engage, align and integrate all parts of the system and tap into the collective wisdom to achieve strategic objectives. As such, be it coaching or facilitation work, she uses a facilitative and collaborative approach, holding space for a safe environment where clients share openly and explore collectively to co-create the future they envision.
Prior to becoming an organization learning and development practitioner in 2011, she has accumulated over 13 years of corporate experience of which 5 years were in managerial roles. She held leadership, commercial and marketing roles working with stakeholders and leaders globally across industries like media and entertainment, healthcare, real estate, business services and non-profits. Her extensive experience and network, coupled with her excellent interpersonal and listening skills, have enabled her to interact effectively with individuals at all levels, from managerial to operational levels, from different industries.
She is an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator, ICF Associate Certified Coach and a Specialist Adult Educator (Facilitation) under the Institute for Adult Learning's Adult Educators’ Professionalisation programme. She is effectively proficient in English and Chinese. Being trained in various techniques, Lyn brings creativity and engagement into her interaction with individuals and teams.
