Jayan is passionate and intentional about serving individuals, organizations and teams to create a long lasting positive change through conversations that uncover their strengths and commit to deliberate steps towards realizing their dream future. He believes in the strength of people and is willing to walk the extra mile to help people achieve their highest potential.

Jayan, an Organizational Development practitioner, has worked in the corporate world for more than 20 years in Human Resources, Leadership Development, Sales and Business. He led the regional leadership development portfolio at Hewlett Packard Singapore, before starting his consulting practice. He is driven by his intention to enable performance and results,  through positivity, strength based practices and meaningful work.

As the Director for Performance Solutions at Positive Performance Consulting, he consults with organizations in the fields of people and culture, learning mindset, reflective leadership and result orientation, by designing and delivering strengths based co-creative process interventions. He is one of the most progressive OD practitioners who has the ability to integrate different processes and tools to deliver consistent and sustainable results. 

He is a Certified Professional Facilitator with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF CPF), a senior Action Learning Coach with World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) and accredited in tools such as MBTI type II, FACET-5, DISC, FIRO-B and EQ i-2.0. He holds a certificate in Appreciative Inquiry, he is a certified facilitator for Appreciative Leadership, certified in “Change your Questions, Change your Life” workshop by the Inquiry Institute and holds a Masters in Human Resources Development from George Washington University.

Jayan has consulted and designed interventions for organizations in public and private sectors in the fields of Leadership, Talent Management, High Performance and Change. The pillars of his work includes Appreciative Inquiry, Action Learning, Organizational Learning, Systems Thinking weaved in with business projects and whole system engagement opportunities. He has done work for Dimension Data, Ministry of Defence, Singapore Police Force, Ministry of Education schools, Panasonic Asia Pacific, Seven Eleven etc.
